ABCG subfamily in GtoPdb v.2023.1
نویسندگان
چکیده
This family of 'half-transporters' act as homo- or heterodimers; particularly ABCG5 and ABCG8 are thought to be obligate heterodimers. The ABCG5/ABCG heterodimer sterol transporter structure has been determined [6], suggesting an extensive intracellular nucleotide binding domain linked the transmembrane domains by a fold in primary sequence. functional ABCG2 appears homodimer with structural similarities ABCG5/ABCG8 [10, 1].

Galaxy Evolution in the Environment of ABCG 209
We examine the environmental effects on the photometric properties of galaxies for the rich galaxy cluster ABCG 209 at z = 0.209. We use archive CFHT optical imaging of a 42 × 28 arcmin 2 field centred on the cluster to produce a galaxy sample complete to B = 25.0 and R = 24.5. Both the composite and red sequence galaxy luminosity functions are found to be dependent on the local galaxy surface ...
متن کاملThe role of ABCG-type ABC transporters in phytohormone transport
Plant hormones (phytohormones) integrate endogenous and exogenous signals thus synchronizing plant growth with environmental and developmental changes. Similar to animals, phytohormones have distinct source and target tissues, hence controlled transport and focused targeting are required for their functions. Many evidences accumulated in the last years about the regulation of long-distance and ...

متن کاملStudy of the subfamily Ophioninae (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) in southern Iran
Subfamily HMMS in Functional Genomics
The limitations of homology-based methods for prediction of protein molecular function are well known; differences in domain structure, gene duplication events and errors in existing database annotations complicate this process. In this paper we present a method to detect and model protein subfamilies, which can be used in high-throughput, genome-scale phylogenomic inference of protein function...
